Price of mastering includes stereo mastering of the number of songs purchased, including up to 3 alternate versions or the main mix (instrumental, live, etc…).

If you have more than 3 alternate versions I am usually happy to accommodate requests at no extra charge. Please reach out to check. Since I’m using high-quality outboard gear on most masters it can take a significant amount of time to do high numbers of alternate versions so I may need to charge a bit more if it is a large project.

Once payment is received your project will be put on the schedule and you will be informed of an estimated date of delivery for the first pass of masters. If for any reason the work is not completed within a week of the date I have quoted for first delivery your payment will be refunded in full.

REFUNDS

Any project cancelled before mastering begins will be refunded in full, no questions asked. Once your order is received I will reach out via email to let you know the date mastering will commence.

I do my best to make absolutely sure you are satisfied with my work. If after several revisions things don’t seem to be working out and it’s clear I’m not the right fit I’m happy to refund your money. It’s most important that your music finds the right engineer and you achieve the vision you have. Luckily this is an extremely rare occurrence. I am open to feedback and am willing to do whatever it takes to get the result you are after.

Please keep in mind that I do not work “on spec” and will not refund you without going through a good-faith revision process.

PRIVACY

All of your payment and other information is processed securely through the Squarespace website (I cannot see your payment information, etc). All available steps will be taken to protect your financial and musical privacy at all times.

Files are handled with the utmost care and only sent through fully encrypted, pass protected methods.

Backups of your final masters and sessions are kept in my studio on my hardware backup, password protected cold storage drive.

No unsolicited emails or newsletters will be sent without explicit approval.
